Diploma in Customer Service

Our customer service diploma equips the students with essential skills needed in the services, where one is in direct contact with the consumers. Through this diploma students will learn how to provide and deliver professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. Here is a sampling of the types of jobs available in customer service. The course duration is 41 weeks.

Our program includes an internship of 120 hours which will give you much-needed hands-on experience which can kick-start your career.

Call Center Agent, Concierge, Client Relations Associate, Client Services Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Associate / Receptionist, Customer Care Supervisor, Service Manager, Customer Care Manager and similar roles at different levels of the hierarchy. Related National Occupation Code (NOC) is 6552 for these roles.

These roles can be in IT, Retail Businesses, Banking Sector, Insurance Industry, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism etc.
