Diploma – Office Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant Diploma enables students to learn all the skills for being able to do several office tasks. The course duration is 37 weeks.
Our program includes an internship of 120 hours which will give you much-needed hands-on experience which can kick-start your career.
Potential job positions are Administrative Assistant, Executive Secretary (except legal and medical), Office administrative assistant, Private secretary, secretary (except legal and medical), Technical secretary etc., in a variety of offices, businesses and organizations. The relevant NOC for these occupations is 1241. The Diploma will impart the necessary skills to handle all the administrative tasks that are needed to be executed on a daily basis. The Diploma will educate you in all the important areas that are relevant to these jobs. There are subjects like Microsoft Office Suite, English Fundamentals, Business Communications, which will give you additional skills and help with professional development.
