Peel College of Professional Studies is owned and operated by two women entrepreneurs. We invited Nadia Nazeer, another woman entrepreneur, Managing Director of Learning Happens Home Child Care to conduct a workshop on how to open your own Home Child Care. The workshop had very good attendance and interaction. Our current and past Early Childcare Assistant Diploma students and others who attended the workshop were benefited immensely by Nadia’s experience in this field. Getting affiliated with an agency is the only way to have a licensed home daycare as the Ministry does not directly license independent home daycare centers. Peel College would like to empower more women by helping them to establish their own home daycares and become entrepreneurs. Childcare is a necessity and is an evergreen and growing field in Canada. The ECA Diploma by Peel College is registered with the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development and National Association of Career Colleges and will get you a license which is valid throughout Canada.
