Start of Practicum

A batch of our ECA students is all excited to start their Practicums. Our very valuable and in-demand Diploma in Early Childcare Assistant, popularly known as the ECA Diploma not only gives our students a strong academic base for their occupation, but hones their skills by incorporating two Practicums. Each Practicum is of 245 hours, totaling almost three months of hands on training. The Practicums allow them to get experience in a real world environment, the same as they would experience when they actually take up a job after their ECA Diploma. This gives them a head start in their career because this is experience that is recorded, and puts them ahead of other prospective candidates who do not have any experience.
